After that fill the pot with vinegar and pour it into the water chamber. Then turn on Mr.Coffee maker onto a brewing cycle and let the vinegar clean any built up minerals in the tubes and water chamber. Then after about 5 minutes turn off the coffee-making machine and let the vinegar sit in the pot for about 30 more minutes. After the 30 minutes are up, pour the vinegar out of the pot and rinse the pot with the water. Then just run the Mr.Coffee for about three times with only water in the pot to remove any lime scale remaining.
